I really loved how Laurie Forest expanded her world and new allies are found in this book. It shows just how many people are fighting for the good for all.

Elloren’s relationship status is very interesting as she is hand fastened to someone she doesn’t love but the truth is revealed as he was protecting her. She is love with a man who she needs to be separated from.

Forest introduces new help in an unexpected way that kept me hooked throughout the whole book. The cliffhanger left me wanting to read more.
